Salary range - £60,000 to £100,000 depending on experience.
ALS is exclusively advising a Real Estate Lending Start-Up in their search for their first Legal hire. This business is led by personable and entrepreneurial individuals, with backing from experienced professionals in lending and property sectors.
They have ambitious plans for the future and will consider those already in-house or in private practice seeking transition.
This is a rare opportunity to join a successful, promising, and well-backed business, either in London or on a fully remote basis.
The workload and deal volume are manageable, with plans to build a support team as the business grows.
We are interested in speaking with entrepreneurial REF Lawyers (5PQE+) with proven experience in UK bridge lending and/or property & development finance. This is a key hire during an exciting high-growth period.
You will be responsible for:
* Appraising bridge lending deals, coordinating workflow, drafting initial loan documentation, and liaising with stakeholders.
* Having a strong understanding of property law, lender security structures, LTV/valuation analysis, and exit-strategy assessment.
* Experience with short-term property finance deals is beneficial.
* Additional responsibilities as required.
