We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised and easily accessible
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Process invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
* Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
* Support clerical functions such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
