Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects?
We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager Team Leader to join our growing team — someone who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and driving successful outcomes for clients.
What You’ll Do
* Lead multiple Business Central implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
* Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with developers, consultants, and support teams to deliver quality solutions.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, keeping clients and stakeholders informed.
* Motivate, mentor, and support your team to achieve their best.
* Champion best practices and continuous improvement across projects.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience delivering Business Central/Dynamics NAV projects within a Partner environment.
* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Desirable
* Experience with LS Central, Tasklet Factory, MobileNAV, or Sana Commerce.
* Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
* PRINCE2 Agile or PMP certification.
* Background in cloud-based ERP delivery.
