What youll be doing: Developing and delivering SEO strategies that drive real growth for our clients.
Leading technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives with a data-led approach.
Managing your own client portfolio, building strong relationships and demonstrating ROI.
Collaborating with our PPC, content, and web development teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
Staying ahead of search trends, algorithms, and AI-driven changesthen using that insight to future-proof our SEO offering.
Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the direction of SEO at Mayfly .
What were looking for: 4+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency experience ideal).
Proven ability to plan, execute and measure SEO campaigns that deliver results.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc).
Strong communication and presentation skillsyou can confidently explain SEO to both clients and colleagues.
