The Role:
* Greet guests warmly, maintaining professionalism at all times
* Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring stock levels are maintained to standards
* Report any defects in bedrooms, corridors, or public areas to the department head
* Handle guest complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience
* Maintain knowledge of SALT and contribute positively to department and hotel scores
* Follow company control procedures according to checklists
* Manage your rota efficiently, keeping your trolley and caddy stocked
* Minimize wastage without compromising standards
* Be energy conscious by turning off lights and equipment when not in use
* Develop skills and knowledge through ongoing training and teamwork
