We are seeking an experienced electrician to carry out reactive maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across South London This role requires a confident, reliable tradesperson with strong plumbing skills and the ability to complete associated finishing works to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in social housing properties
* All domestic electrical works
* Sockets, switches, open circuits, fans
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Work professionally and respectfully within occupied properties
* Complete job reports and records accurately
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures
