Looking for some extra money for the summer?! Im looking for an experienced New Homes sales consultant to join my clients team for 4 weeks
You will join a fantastic and well respectable house builder in assisting the sales team with incoming inquiries and sales. To be based on site in Woodley, Berkshire. 4 week temp opportunity with a brilliant house builder. ASAP start date available! The candidate must have previous New Homes experience as they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.

Your main responsibilities will be:
6. Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
7. Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
8. Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
9. Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
10. Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
11. Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
