Job Description
CVAN WM is looking for an arts professional living or professionally based in the West Midlands to join us in this exciting role, helping to coordinate, manage, and deliver a project that will make a real difference to artists and creative spaces in the region.

About the Role
* Hours: 1 day per week (7 hours), flexible, remote working with some in-person activity in Birmingham
* Holidays: 5 days per annum plus 1.5 days pro rata for UK bank holidays; 7 concessionary days over Christmas closure

This project is led by CVAN WM, funded by the National Lottery through Arts Council England, and supported by Birmingham City Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority.
Job Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Project Manager will:
* Coordinate and oversee project delivery alongside the Research Lead
* Manage budgets, timelines, and project administration
* Act as a key liaison for partners, consultants, contributors, funders, and the project Steering Group
* Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and effective governance throughout the project
This flexible, part‑time role is ideal for someone experienced in research, cultural infrastructure, or multi‑partner arts projects, with strong knowledge of the West Midlands arts context.
