Job Title: Project Manager Joinery Overview An established specialist in bespoke joinery and interior fit-out is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award through to final installation and handover. This role sits at the centre of delivery, coordinating design, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Manage projects end-to-end, from initial brief through production and installation Develop and maintain detailed programmes, ensuring key milestones are met Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients Attend site and progress meetings, ensuring clear communication throughout Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants Commercial Oversight Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts Approve supplier and subcontractor costs where required Production & Installation Coordination Work closely with the workshop to ensure drawings and specifications are accurately interpreted Align manufacturing output with site programmes Oversee installation phases, ensuring quality and programme adherence Quality & H&S Ensure all works meet required specifications and quality standards Support health & safety compliance, including RAMS where required Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate project records and reporting Provide regular progress updates across all live projects Ensure full and compliant handover documentation Experience Required Proven track record delivering joinery or fit-out projects Strong understanding of bespoke joinery processes and workflows Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Commercially aware with strong problem-solving capability Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Desirable Experience within high-end residential or commercial fit-out CSCS (Manager level / Black card) NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management SMSTS
