About The Role:
Working Pattern - Varied Day
Schedule -Varied
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Manage site visitors
* Security vetting for employees and contractors
* Print ID passes & Car passes
* Manage new starters and leavers - managing the adding of permission and removing within access control software
* Manage re-clearance/ validation
* Chase references for vetting
* Follow up with candidates for clearance information
* New starter security inductions
* Reviewing DBS'
* Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) all departments for security
* ISO 27001 Audits
* Compliance self assessments
* Manage camera permit close outs
* CCTV review when required
Key criteria required for this position:
* Right to work in the UK
* DISA Vetting
* DISA Security
* IVSO
* SC Clearances
* Strong IT and software skills such as Microsoft Office 365
* Customer focused
* Ability to work under pressure
* Team Player
* Good verbal, and written understanding
* Positive attitude
* Problem solver
