Due to expanding our team we have an exciting opportunity for either a part or full-time dental nurse/ receptionist to join our busy, friendly practice. We would be happy to consider a trainee candidate.

*Job Title - *Qualified Dental Nurse/Receptionist

*Key Responsibilities & Duties*
* Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
* Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
* Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
* Making patients aware of dental services and offers and handling payments
* Decontaminating, preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
* Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
*We’re looking for someone who has:*
* Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
* Preferably previous administration/ reception and/or dental nursing experience
* A positive, friendly and enthusiastic personality with a great customer focus
* Ideally SOE/Exact experience, but training can be given
* Strong communication and organisation xcunqrw skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Able to work flexibly with others in a team environment
* Reliable and committed
* Interested in Dentistry and enjoys constantly learning and developing in your role
*Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:*
* Enrolled or willingness to enrol on Qualification in Dental Nursing - NEBDN/NVQ
