The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the execution of key departmental goals, project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns across different platforms internationally. This role will work directly under the Global Marketing Manager in London, but supporting global marketing efforts in North America, Europe, India, and Asia. Responsibilities will include the following listed below and other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business: Develop & deliver email schedule: Liaise with Marketing colleagues, Science, and sales teams to develop an email schedule supporting key company campaigns. Design and deliver the emails themselves inline with your outlined schedule, targeting the right audience to deploy key messaging. You will need to work semi-autonomously to design and send emails for all global business regions, and for a range of marketing campaigns, but will be supported at all times by the Global Marketing Manager and Head of Design. Careful, coordinated time and project management will be required, as well as a spark of creativity and personality. Email reporting: Record on success of emails in Marketing Schedule, and work with Marketing Team to develop plan for A/B testing. Also produce reports of defunct/bounced emails for sales teams. Database reporting: Produce reports on database and recommend/undertake corrective action to improve overall quality Database management: Process incoming data and import into database Support event participation: Assist the Global Marketing Manager and regional Sales teams in arranging the administrative aspects of our participation in events, including booking stands, registering staff, and organising stand dressings and inclusive promotions at events, as well as packaging marketing supplies and dispatching them to local European events. Graphic Design: Work with Internal Design Lead and Product Managers to assist with design projects on marketing collateral, including the production of basic event banners and business cards, and corrective fine tuning of company brochures, documents, and other marketing collateral. While working within the set company brand guidelines, see how you can bring your own touch to our collateral Website management: Create/Update web pages in Wordpress, add webinars and downloads to website as necessary, and monitor/augment SEO performance. Online Shop Curation: Work with Global Marketing Manager to keep online shop catalogue up-to-date and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner with company branding standards enforced. Social Media: Work with Social Media Lead to deliver on Social strategies, create designed content, and post on company’s platforms. Marketing Collateral stock management: Monitor stock of key marketing collateral & branded item stocks, dispatch as needed to remote staff, and restock as necessary. Marketing Collateral Translation and Updates: Coordinate content updates with global office teams and scientific teams to translate brochures into target market languages, and update old instrument brochures to bring in line with current branding standards. eLearning: Work with Marketing Scientific Specialist to gather, process and publish eLearning Course on online platform Project Coordination: Work with various departments to Coordinate on key projects and source required information and materials to deliver on key marketing initiatives AI Utilization: Deploy AI tools to develop web content (e.g. blogs, podcasts, videos) on key scientific topics Brand Standard Enforcement: Ensure all externally available content reflects Brand guidelines and reinforces business’ visual identity The position of Marketing team Leader requires an experienced a broad range of technical capabilities, including, but not limited to: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or with relevant commensurate experience. Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, website management, and digital advertising. Excellent Project & Time Management Skills Ensure branding guidelines are enforced across the board for all departmental output Ability to work autonomously and employ initiative to solve problems and present solutions Ability to present information and contribute actively to team discussions and company meetings Attention-to-detail is essential. All output must be thoroughly vetted to the highest standards for design and writing standards, as well as the details of administrative tasks Ability to coordinate well between various departments Strong ability in Excel, with an ability to employ basic formulae, handle large data sets, and extract/analyse information Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and preferably Adobe Premier Pro Good analytical mind for analysing data and identifying prevalent trends English as a first language Ability to take on information and project briefs, interpreting them properly and deploy this knowledge in your work
