We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to provide admin support to ITU working primarily to the Department Manager, Multi Disciplinary Team and wider nursing team within the ITU Department.
Ideally you should have relevant experience working in a clerical/secretarial care environment and have experience dealing directly with the general public. You will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a good working knowledge of IT applications, good organisational skills and a working knowledge of office procedures. You should have worked as part of a team previously. Duties include:-
* You will be responsible for managing follow-up clinic appointments within the department.
* Support SICSAG data entry / outcomes
* Copy / audio typing
* Take minutes of departmental meetings and other meetings as they fall
* Support leave requests ensuring clinics are appropriately amended/cancelled
* Arrange meetings / venues as required
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
