In this role, we will train you to manage your own caseload. It’s a varied and busy role with good opportunities for client liaison.
What you’ll need:
* A minimum of 6 months’ administration experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
* Competency with IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience in debt or asset recovery is advantageous.
* Previous experience in running your own caseload or using a case management system is ideal but not essential.
* The ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships.
* Good communication skills with confidence to liaise clearly with colleagues and clients.
* The ability to produce high-quality work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Flexibility, initiative, and confidence in your abilities.
The hours:
We serve clients from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. The role involves shift patterns, typically one 11.30am – 8pm shift per week and no more than 2 Saturdays per month.
Typical shift pattern:
* Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4.30pm or 9am - 5:30pm (one day 11.30am - 8pm)
* Friday: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
* Saturday (up to 2 per month): 9am – 1pm
Part-time opportunities: We will consider candidates seeking part-time work where possible.
How we work:
We embrace agile working with a blended approach, supporting flexibility in where and how you work. Our hubs are in Birmingham, Bristol, Leicester, Lincoln, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Sheffield. This role can be a mix of home and office-based work with travel to Midlands hubs as needed.
