Commercial Sales Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Annual bonus based on company performance and commission (if applicable)
Pension: Group Scheme
Holidays: 25 days per annum

Job role
We’re recruiting a Commercial / Sales Manager to drive growth, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for a rapidly developing UK shipping & logistics business.
* Grow the UK customer base and secure new business
* Manage key accounts and deliver excellent customer service
* Handle sales leads, pricing, and commercial opportunities
* Lead marketing campaigns and support CRM development
* Strong sales/commercial background
* Excellent communication skills
* Results‑driven, proactive, and confident
* Knowledge of shipping/logistics (desirable)
Requirements
* Proven background in commercial or sales environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results‑driven with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
* Knowledge of shipping, logistics, tariff structures, and global trade routes.
* Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
* Time‑sensitive and project management experience.
