You will have a working background in working in payroll, across many business industries, working at pace and have high resilience.
Required skills and experience:
* Ideally CIPP qualified
* Good IT literacy skills (advance in excel and presentation)
* Reporting writing skills in Systems business Intelligence, People soft and Oracle
* Good eye for detail and work at pace
* Able to be flexible to business needs and generate ad-hoc reports
* Ability to build effective relations within the company and externally
* Logical and Methodical mind set
* Ideally have a background in Manufacturing/Consumer goods due to reactive workload
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Payroll and Pensions Administrator, you will support 100% CMC (Core Mandatory Controls) Payroll and Pension Compliance, and delivery of the HR Technology Roadmap.

* Assist with P11D benefit solution
* Absence Management
* Reconciliation of Edenred childcare vouchers
