Our client, an award-winning independent estate agency, is looking to appoint a highly organised and personable Sales Progressor to join its high-performing team in the St. Albans area.

You will be responsible for managing property sales from offer agreed through to exchange and completion, ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient, and proactive experience throughout.
The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:
1. Basic salary of £27,500
2. OTE of £35,000+

As a Sales Progressor, your responsibilities will include:
6. Managing a portfolio of 60+ files at any given time
7. Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
8. Providing regular client updates and being the point of contact throughout the transaction
9. Troubleshooting delays and proactively progressing each case
10. Ensuring compliance checks are completed pre-SSTC
The successful Sales Progressor will have:
11. Previous experience progressing residential property sales (essential)
12. A strong grasp of the conveyancing process and confidence handling varied sale types
13. The ability to manage a high-volume case load while delivering exceptional service
14. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
15. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
16. A personable, calm, and reassuring manner when dealing with clients and stakeholders
17. A commercial mindset with attention to detail and process
