Working closely with the Project & Strategy Lead and stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects align with our strategic plan and help embed effective project and change management practices across the organisation. Description What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who can undertake the following duties: Assist in the coordination and delivery of organisational projects, ensuring alignment with Centacare’s strategic plan and the application of Centacare’s project management framework. Undertake research and analysis to inform project planning, implementation and evaluation. Assist in the development of training, communication and stakeholder engagement materials to support change management initiatives. Contribute to the development of reports, briefings and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders across the portfolio, including managing and analysing reporting data. Assist with preparing evaluation and outcomes data to measure project performance and effectiveness as a part of the benefits realisation process Experience in a similar project or strategy-focused role will be highly regarded, along with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools. Skills And Experiences What you'll bring Qualifications in project management, business, or a related field. Experience in project coordination, administration or data analysis. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Notable interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines to achieve shared outcomes.
