Finance Manager | 12 month FTC | Real Estate | £75-85k.
I'm working with a leading development business on a interim Finance Manager position. The role will own reporting and analysis for a Build To Rent portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a small team, ensuring high-quality financial control outputs
* Own monthly financial reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights and analysis
* Partner with budget holders to drive smarter, data-led decisions
* Produce high-quality reporting for senior management and investors
* Lead year-end financial statements and audit processes
* Drive annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles
* Continuously improve reporting processes, systems, and outputs
* Act as a trusted partner to Operations, providing challenge and commercial insight
* Lead monthly financial review meetings and performance discussions
Skills & Experience:
* Qualified Accountant with at least 2+ years PQE
* Prior management experience
* Real estate experience highly desirable
* Ability to start in May
