Your Responsibilities
* Lead private, engaging walking tours for small groups
* Customize experiences to match guests’ interests and preferences
* Share Cardiff’s rich history, culture, and hidden gems in a friendly, accessible way
* Ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all participants
* Manage logistics and timing effectively
* Respond to guest questions and provide helpful local recommendations
What We’re Looking For
* Have lived in Cardiff for at least 1 year
* Fluent in at least one of: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese
* Comfortable hosting tours lasting 3 to 8 hours
* Passion for food and local cuisine is a strong plus
* Previous guiding or hospitality experience is welcome but not required
