The role
A leading Government Department are seeking a Full-Stack Python Developer, to design and build both the backend and frontend of an AI-powered Personally Identifiable Information (PII) redaction Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
This is an initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35 @ £700 per day.
Experience Requirements
* Expert knowledge of Python, including front-end technologies such as CSS/HTML and frameworks such as React and Angular.
* Expert knowledge of the relational model and database applications.
* Collaboration with internal teams to design, create and maintain software.
* Experienced in working with Agile methodologies, managing tasks and delivering the core functionality of an MVP in fortnightly sprints to validate product concepts.
* Experience of containerisation.
* Creating documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
* Working on pre-existing codebases.
* Improving the resilience and stability of software.
* Applying practices to enable continuous delivery.
* Desirable - experience of designing software that allows users to view and interact with documents (PDF, Word) or images.
* Desirable - experience of working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS.
