As Project Administrator you will besupporting high-impact safety and compliance projects that help protect homes and communities. You will be required to liaise closely with engineers, project managers and clients to coordinate schedules, documentation, and logistics. You will need to demonstrate experience as a Project Administrator and that you're highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment as this could lead onto an exciting career. Duties involved: Schedule and coordinate engineer visits and documentation Support project managers with logistics and procurement Maintain accurate client records and system data Arrange and book appointments with clients over the telephone Assist with quotes, permits, and supplier follow-ups What you bring: Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Great communication and time management Confidence handling client and supplier calls A team-focused mindset and willingness to learn Make a real impact in a company that 'gets the job done’!
