Community Gateway Association (CGA) is a tenant‑led, community‑focused housing association delivering high‑quality homes and services across Preston and beyond. We’re looking for two Development Project Officers to help deliver new‑build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values. Posts: 2 Hours: 37 per week Location: Preston Salary: £42,389.38 per annum.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing new‑build housing projects
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, Building Regulations, and planning
* Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively
* Excellent organisational and decision‑making skills
* Good IT skills and data literacy
* Relevant construction qualification (Level 4 or equivalent)
* Full driving licence and access to a car
It would be great if you also had
* Knowledge of housing sector trends and sustainability standards
* Experience working with Homes England funding
