About the Role
As Regional Manager, you'll oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development across a team of Financial Advisers. Through one-to-one coaching, client observation, data analysis and strategic planning, you'll enable your team to deliver outstanding financial advice and client service.
What You'll Bring
1. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS) - essential
2. J07 or equivalent - desirable
3. Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
4. Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
5. Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
6. Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
Key Responsibilities
7. Develop business plans and set individual objectives
8. Coach and mentor to enhance adviser capability and outcomes
9. Take ownership of team performance against business goals
10. Collaborate with operational and technical support teams
11. Drive training initiatives and maintain high compliance standards
