Practice Nurse - Practice 1 Fforestfach Medical Centre
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Fforestfach Medical Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a longterm role within a wellestablished, patientcentred General Practice.
We are looking to fill between 30 and 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for the right candidate(s), and we would be very happy to discuss working arrangements that suit both the successful applicant and the practice.
The successful candidate must have prior experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice and be competent across core practice nursing duties. Experience in cervical screening and chronic disease management is essential.
Salary is competitive and in line with local rates, reflective of skills and experience.

* Two fulltime experienced Practice Nurses.
* Two fulltime Health Care Support Workers with advanced skills.

* An exceptional management and administrative team.
* An additional Practice Nurse will complement and strengthen our existing nursing structure.
Job responsibilities
The successful candidate will join an established nursing team and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team, while also being able to work autonomously.
You will be expected to work in line with practice protocols, local and national guidelines, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and highquality care tailored to their individual health needs.

Qualifications
* GCSE Grade 1 to C in English and Maths
* Nursing degree and NMC Registered Nurse

Experience
