We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Advisorto join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class recruitment service. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attract and recruit top-tier candidates to meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Support and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring best practice and consistency.
* Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across Triumph to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and internal policies.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of recruitment processes and tools within the HR function.
* Provide accurate and insightful recruitment reporting and generalist support.
* Lead and support recruitment-related projects aligned with broader business objectives.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Proven experience in a recruitment advisory or talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and right to work compliance.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Passionate about delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
