You’ll play a key role in the design and optimisation of complex piping systems within power generation and industrial energy infrastructure. As a Piping Design Engineer, you will join Warrington team to support our activities within the Energy sector. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop and optimise piping layouts to ensure safe and efficient fluid and gas transport within energy facilities such as power plants or refineries. Ensure piping systems comply with all relevant industry codes and safety standards. Conduct technical risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing effective design solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated, compliant, and constructible designs. Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, calculations, and reports to support project delivery phases. Use industry-standard 3D modelling tools such as PDMS or E3D to produce accurate piping system models and layouts. Who are we looking for?
