Midshire Signature Services is an experienced independent contract caterer specialising in bringing a bespoke and tailored solution to our clients. We have a diverse range of customers and pride ourselves on delivering fresh food solutions.
We are looking for a individual who is passionate about food and delivering quality service to our customers. The role is based at one of our large B&I contracts consisting of multiple food and coffee outlets which cater to over 3000 employees.
Key responsibilities are to:
·Produce food and levels of service that wow our customers.
·Present and deliver our food offering in line with company standards.
·Produce the food offer in line with budget requirements.
·Comply with all health and safety and food safety regulations, processes and procedures.
· Supporting the Catering Manager in all day to day duties of the site operation and working as part of the catering team, supporting each other to deliver a great service.
. Recruitment, people management and onsite training of the catering team.
You will have at least three years experience within the hospitality sector. Contract catering sector experience is preferably although not essential.
The role is based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.75 per hour
