Role Requirements:
Lead a diverse engineering team, cultivating an environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and ongoing growth
Oversee projects in audio systems design
Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Manufacturing) to oversee projects from conception through to commissioning
Develop talent, succession planning, and team improvement.
