This is a Sales Development Manager role with real teeth — you'll own your pipeline from first contact to closed deal, hunting down new business while nurturing and growing a portfolio of major accounts. You'll work across a genuinely exciting product range, crafting proposals, providing market intelligence, and collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to bring creative solutions to life. This isn't a desk-bound order-taking job; this is a role for someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase, loves building relationships, and takes real pride in hitting — and smashing — their targets.
You're an experienced B2B sales professional with at least five years under your belt, ideally with a background in retail display, POP, or a closely related sector. You know how to hold a room, write a killer proposal, and manage complex accounts with confidence and charm. As a Sales Development Manager, you bring a proven track record with major accounts, a hunter's instinct for new business, and the drive to make things happen without being told twice. A clean licence, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication — written and verbal — round out your toolkit.
