Liaising with suppliers and lenders to obtain invoices and documentation Answering client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally Checking and processing forms completed by the sales team Handling document preparation including scanning, shredding, and filing Assisting with ad-hoc tasks from Directors As a Business Administrator, your experience will include: Previous experience in office administration or a similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Ideally, some understanding of finance or invoicing processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
