As a successful Head of Business Partnering & ER should have:
Extensive experience in employee relations and business partnering within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated capability to manage complex HR cases effectively.
