BakerHicks is seeking a site-based EC&I Construction Supervisor to join our team at our client’s facility in Dalry. This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM project (EC&I elements). Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, the EC&I Supervisor will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient execution of the project. A core responsibility of this role is to ensure all personnel are deployed safely and that site activities adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental standards. Key duties include overseeing on-site construction teams, coordinating EC&I installations, monitoring progress, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring delivery to schedule and budget. The role demands a strong understanding of construction management, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This is a night shift position operating on a 10-on / 4-off shift pattern (10 hours per night). It requires consistent on-site presence, so candidates should be based in the local area or willing and able to travel daily. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/HND/HNC in electrical engineering or Trade trade-related City & Guilds qualification 18th edition wiring regulations. Significant experience in EC&I field supervision on complex industrial projects.
