We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office and administrative skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office. You will be responsible for;

* answering the telephone
* scanning & printing documents
* liaising with clients
* undertaking general administration duties

With a busy front office you will be greeting clients & visitors, as well as undertaking ad-hoc duties as required.

This role can be considered on a full or part-time basis, with a minimum of four days working school hours up to full-time.
