Overview
Work collaboratively with service managers and clinical teams to identify, review, and expand new and non-traditional clinical placement opportunities as services evolve. Conduct regular visits to practice areas and assist new placement sites in identifying learning opportunities to ensure they are fully prepared for the allocation of students and trainees. Work with education providers and service teams to implement systems for gathering, reviewing, and sharing student and trainee evaluations, ensuring that any issues raised are addressed promptly with service managers. Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on current placement capacity and demand across service areas. Work in partnership with the Senior AHP Practice Education Coordinator to ensure robust monitoring and reporting of placement capacity and demand. Support the delivery of high-quality practice placements for all non-medical students and learners.

Qualifications
* Degree level qualification in health or social care
* Registered health professional e.g. NMC, HCPC
* A minimum of 2 years post-registration clinical experience
* Desirable: a professional teaching/assessment qualification e.g. ENB 998, M&P, MIPs, Cert ed; Knowledge of Continuous Quality Monitoring Improvement.
* Knowledge of pre-registration standards of education
* IT Skills - Microsoft Office
