Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit a Sales Co-ordinator to join our well-established admin team.

Reporting to the SHEQ Compliance Manager UK they would be responsible for the following duties:
* Creating and processing invoicing
* Processing quotations and reviewing content
* Processing completed jobs
* Processing purchase orders
* Purchase Ledger data entry
* Contract renewals
* Facilitate contracts
* Informing BDMs of potential quotes
* Using Sage, CRM and an in-house system, Watermanage
* Answering phone calls
* Liaising with clients
* Actioning company email inboxes
* Supporting Contracts Manager
* Setting up Suppliers
* Dealing with incoming queries
* Generating reports
* Completing work in accordance to documented procedures
* Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is Essential
This is a full-time position subject to a 6-month probationary period and in return the company is offering the following:
