You’ll be using this a lot! * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service focus * Experience working in an admin role would be great! * Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a methodical approach * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities * Ability to work as part of a team and follow established processes Nice to have’s * Basic understanding of trading and commercial environments * Previous experience as a Trading Coordinator or similar * Knowledge of Foodservice, FMCG, or related sectors * Passion for food, nutrition, allergen info, and food safety So what will you be doing? * Supporting the buying team to meet business, revenue, and margin targets * Organising and reporting on new product listings, promotions, and supplier activations * Managing product pricing, set-ups, de-lists, and promotional funding * Handling invoice queries, aged debt, and supplier questions * Collaborating with Marketing to collect supplier assets on time * Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory and security standards * Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture and commitment to ESG and food safety * Reporting any product safety, quality, or integrity concerns promptly * Contributing to Health & Safety best practices and a safe workplace Helpful extras * Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking * Modern office with a collaborative team culture * Permanent, full-time role – 40 hours per week * Opportunity to grow in a progressive, people-focused company * Work with a Top 50 UK employer in a fun, foodie, fast-paced culture Our mission of ‘Making Recruitment Personal’ also means making recruitment fair.
