ECommerce/Fintech Technology (Hospitality, Leisure & Retail Sectors)
Great opportunity for a technical business analyst looking to take ownership of digital transformation projects within a well-established technology company partnered with some of the World’s most renowned technology brands in Hospitality, Leisure & Retail.
As a pioneering global technology firm and market leader in our field, VoucherCart is revolutionising the way businesses sell, driving pre-paid revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and retention.
Based in Edinburgh, you’ll be joining a company heavily invested in the Global SaaS e-commerce and Fintech Partnership Ecosystem.
You will form part of a multi-disciplinary team from our base in Edinburgh and as a key member of the partnership team, you’ll be working on partnership and integration projects driving forward on your own initiative as well as collaboratively.
This role is well suited to someone with a combination of commercial and technical skills with experience in:
* Digital Transformation Projects
* Technology Partnerships & Integrations
* API’s
* Technical Documentation (User Stories, Flow Diagrams
* Commercial Documentation (Business Cases, Revenue Projections)
* Hospitality Industry
* IT processes
Requirements
With a focus on strategic technology partnerships and integrations you will work on some/all of the following:
1. Research and identify key strategic technology partners for fit.
2. Contact relevant stakeholders with target Partners, to build relationships.
3. Verify the opportunity/revenue and strategic scope of each partnership to form business case.
4. Assess and specify the technical integration requirements.
5. Liaise with Partner/VoucherCart internal and external stakeholders to obtain specification approval/sign-off.
6. Project manage the development of integrations of agreed specification with VoucherCart Development team through to Partner approval.
7. Communicate with internal/partner stakeholders at each step of process to manage delivery and expectations.
8. Pass completed works to Marketing for Content production, Sales and PR.
9. Identify areas for improvement to existing integrations.
10. Conduct research into integrations requested by existing VoucherCart platform users
11. Obtain feedback on client needs from integration works.
Experience
* Commercially astute with entrepreneurial insight to identify opportunities you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in direct or related disciplines.
* A background in technology (Bachelor's Degree Level + or similar) preferred with experience in one or more of the following: eCommerce, POS Systems, PMS, Booking Systems, Digital Payments, and Fintech.
* With Strong communication skills, you will be confident, articulate, and at home communicating with C-Suite and Board level decision-makers in market-leading global technology businesses.
* An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Native English speaker/High-level fluent in written and spoken English.
* Excellent time management.
