Hays are thrilled to be working with the UK's leading construction and infrastructurepany, who are currently seeking a part-time Administrator for their Wymondham office.
This role is office-based for up to 20 hours, over 2–3 days per week.
Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, in addition to the following:
1. Liaising with site supervisors
2. Logging jobs from start through topletion
3. Updating the staff list with contact numbers, email addresses and car details
4. Maintaining live work schedules for multiple teams and providing Admin cover when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
5. A confident, "can do" attitude
6. Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
