The vacancy About the role Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Birmingham Reporting to the M&E Heating Service and Repair Programme Manager, you'll lead a team of approximately 12 engineers delivering repairs, maintenance, servicing, and void (Empty Homes) works. Taking a hands-on approach, you'll provide technical guidance, coach your team to meet performance targets, and ensure consistently high standards across all areas of delivery. You'll play a key role in driving quality assurance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards-while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of service delivery. What we're looking for We're seeking a skilled professional with strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in heating services.
