Freight Forwarding Operator – Imports / Exports (Air, Road & Sea)

We’re working on behalf of a fast-growing freight forwarding company looking to recruit an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator to support their continued expansion.
This is a hands-on role for someone with proven industry experience who can confidently manage imports or exports via air, road, and sea freight.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end import and/or export shipments
* Handling air, road, and sea freight movements
* Liaising with customers, overseas agents, and carriers
* Preparing and checking all shipping documentation
* Ensuring customs compliance and smooth shipment delivery
About you:
* Previous experience within the freight forwarding industry
* Strong knowledge of import or export operations
* Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
