About the Role

As the Commercial Manager for the UK & Ireland region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with our automotive clients. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals across the UKI region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Engage with automotive and mobility clients to identify their needs and define innovative solutions in collaboration with your operational colleagues.
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, preferably where technology is used as an enabler.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Experience
Experience of building senior business relationships leading to solution sales
Knowledge of the UKI automotive market landscape and business culture.
Background in consultative style business development.
