We are currently supporting a growing business in their search for an Administrator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting day-to-day office operations as well as compliance-related administration.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
2. Assist with general office coordination and admin tasks
3. Maintain organised filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date
4. Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
5. Support with arranging meetings, travel, and accommodation when required
KYC & Compliance Support
6. Assist with Know Your Client (KYC) and compliance administration
7. Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date
8. Support internal processes in line with compliance requirements
About You
9. Previous experience in an administration or office support role
10. Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
12. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
13. Able to work both independently and as part of a team
