Job Overview
We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts team. This will be a varied role which will require the role holder to carry out purchase ledger duties and ad hoc finance tasks. This role reports into the Company Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for supplier and AP queries
Processing supplier invoices on the ledger
Processing employee expenses and credit card statements
Processing monthly BACS payments across all currencies
Ensure that supplier statements are reconciled daily.
Reviewing GRN’s report daily
Preparing weekly cash flow
Assisting with audit processes
Follow a hands-off management style be shown, trained, and trusted to take ownership, support is always available when needed
Communicate across departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Plus ad hoc Finance duties.
