Proactive are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder in Wakefield to start work immediately.
Responsibilities
- TIG welding components to precise specifications
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication instructions
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure work meets required standards
- Operating welding equipment and associated tools safely
- Working closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
Personal Skills / Qualifications
- Previous TIG welding experience is essential
- Ability to work from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience with fabrication and metal assembly
- A methodical and safety-conscious approach to work
