Currently we are seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team. The successful applicant/s shall be responsible to:
1. Lead and manage the ESQR education team to ensure the development, implementation and evaluation of educational programs, resources and strategies for the health service.
2. Ensures alignment of education and training programs with the SMHS training framework.
3. Support and develop safe, evidence -based clinical improvement throughout the hospital.
4. Works in collaboration with the manager of the education, safety, quality and risk department and the Nursing director.
5. The Nurse Manager will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office and education providers to ensure standards are continually improved, and maintained in line with the strategic direction of the health service.
