Vertu Ford Orpington Prep Centre Join our team at Vertu Ford Orpington Prep Centre as a Prep Technician! We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 plus over-performance bonus and overtime,. This is based on a 40 hour working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm WITH NO WEEKEND WORK! We are also offering a £1,000 signing on bonus in your 1st month of employment and an additional £1,000 in month 13! Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI's) on new and used vehicles. You will ensure the PDI's are carried out to the highest possible standard and within manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work to agreed time frames, and maintain a high level of productivity, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
