Purpose of the Role
As a Quality Advisor, you’ll support our Project Teams and the Quality Manager to ensure robust compliance with the Business Management System (BMS). You will be instrumental in identifying non-conformances, highlighting best practices, and suggesting innovative improvements.
Through detailed data analysis, auditing, and collaborative working, you will drive continual improvement and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
2. Assist in auditing activities (internal and external) and follow up on corrective actions.
3. Maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
4. Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
5. Gather, analyse, and report on quality performance data.
6. Provide support during regulatory inspections and customer audits.
7. Help coordinate quality training sessions and awareness initiatives.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
About You
9. Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance.
10. Good understanding of Quality Management Systems.
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. Proficient in document control and data analysis tools.
13. Effective communicator with a proactive approach.
14. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
15. Full UK Driving Licence (travel required across sites).
Desirable:
16. Knowledge of ISO standards.
17. Qualifications/training in quality assurance, auditing, or similar disciplines.
18. Experience supporting audits and compliance projects.
