HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team! At HomeServe, we put the customers' experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Plumbing Engineer, you will undertake the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry-leading service, help us enhance our reputation, and drive customer growth. To help you settle into your career at HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme.
Training Programme
1. Week 1: Attend our Head Office in Walsall, Monday - Friday, covering all things HomeServe, health and safety, and receiving your tools and equipment.
2. Week 2: Be buddyed with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
Where geographically appropriate, we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance during induction.
Requirements
* Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates must be provided if successful)
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience
* Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proactive, 'can do' attitude
* Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Location and Hours
Location: Hull
Full-Time: 40 hours/week, including some weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £34,800 - £38,950 (dependent on experience), plus a guaranteed £1500 bonus in the first year.
