Dean Close Little Trees Nursery is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day running at Little Trees St Arvans Chepstow.This role is ideal for an Early Years professional who is passionate about childrens wellbeing, quality care, and continuous improvement within a Welsh regulatory framework.About the RoleWorking in partnership with the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Nursery Manager will play a key role in ensuring the nursery provides safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive. You will support the delivery of high-quality care and learning in line with the National Minimum Standards, the Curriculum for Funded Non-Maintained Nursery Settings, and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements. We are looking for someone who has a passion for early years, who can set high expectations and standards, leading by example and who has an eye for detail.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills.
